Our Story

How We Met

We met online in February 2020! After 4 weeks of talking online about their past and present and future goals, Jason finally asked Priya for a coffee date.

We had a 4 hour coffee date and bonded over our love for the outdoors, travel and food. We had the best conversations and couldn’t stop smiling and laughing.

Our Proposal

In July of 2022, we started planning a trip to Alberta for a friend’s wedding. We decided we wanted to stay a few days after to check out Banff and Jasper.

We’d had the marriage conversation that spring and we both knew that we wanted to get married in the near future.

Toward the end of our trip we stopped at Moraine Lake. It was a beautiful sunny day and Jason felt it was the perfect time to propose. Luckily for us, a passerby happened to capture the moment.
